FOLLOW-ON

• Full transformation of a leader can require ~4-8 weeks of hands-on daily coaching, this enables the adoption of correct leadership behaviors, a.k.a. “muscle memory.” 
• By training all middle-management and executive leaders across an organization on the same system enables the proverbial “one sheet of music” and further cements the culture change and desired leadership abilities to maximize goals (financial and non-material).
• The "Follow-on" is additional services found either in Coaching, A La Carte, or included in the Full Immersive Development.

Full Business/Org. Improvement Services are just what the name says it is. This service includes the "Full Immersive Leadership" service while covering a large scope of work. The scope is determined by an initial discovery to know what is working well and what needs to change. Typically a business or organization already does a certain amount of items well, we will identify those and then focus on the "needle movers" for advancing the business/organization.  Examples include operations, sales, marketing, accounting, administrative procedures, software ecosystem, and much more. 

This is meant to be "on site" work, where Fidelis L&B functions as a temporary Co-CEO/President while teaching, coaching, and doing work to drive the transformation. The "Full Immersive Leadership" occurs simultaneously. 

THE RESULTS FROM THIS TYPE OF SERVICE CAN BE MONUMENTAL in the terms of meeting and exceeding the goals to be outlined. Return on investment has been seen as high as 10-fold.

This Service is customized based on client need. The goal is to deliver the most bang for the buck and most likely balance a leader's/client's time. 

Typically this is done after more full efforts/services provided; however, on a case-by-case basis it can be done up front as well. It is learned that to simply do a few focused efforts has little long-term impact due to no change in behavior of the leaders. This can be scenario based.
