Full Business/Org. Improvement Services are just what the name says it is. This service includes the "Full Immersive Leadership" service while covering a large scope of work. The scope is determined by an initial discovery to know what is working well and what needs to change. Typically a business or organization already does a certain amount of items well, we will identify those and then focus on the "needle movers" for advancing the business/organization. Examples include operations, sales, marketing, accounting, administrative procedures, software ecosystem, and much more.
This is meant to be "on site" work, where Fidelis L&B functions as a temporary Co-CEO/President while teaching, coaching, and doing work to drive the transformation. The "Full Immersive Leadership" occurs simultaneously.
